How to make stake with Atom coin;
First, you select the wallet one of the above because they have already been checked.
My recommendation is Guarda wallet but you choose the one you like
Make an Atom Coin deposit in your wallet and then choose which delegate you want to make a stake with.
Once you have made the stake your Atom coins remain frozen but of course from the moment of the stake you get the Atom coin to your address via accumulation through time. From time to time you can look at how much has gathered and make a claim. It is my recommendation that you do this every 7 days because of the fee you need to pay on each claim. When you claim your Atom coin is automatically added to your balance.
If you decide to make an unstake of your Atom coins you will have to wait 23 days for them to be available to you again. This rule is specified by the validator.
