BITCOIN
Bitcoin is on a bull-run and we are all in profits. Now I am taking time to take profits as a day trader, on leverage. I'm looking to watch price action touch or test 66k. Funding rates are high, but could likely rise more to see Bitcoin continue from here. The fear and greed index is high, yet also-like the funding rate-isn't overly extended yet at 83. If BTC fails...we should see a correction to 55k or a minor pull back towards 62k. It's more likely closer to 60k, because of the leverage and the only thing holding BTC is the unbalance of Longs to Shorts. I personally have longs I will be scaling down, and adding, in these levels mentioned. As a long term hold or spot purchase, I'm not selling and will buy more at 55k and lower. Targets are 71k, 78k, 82k and 92k.
On the other hand...a nice short position would be a fail, with volume, at the 66k range. Only with experience Short, as this could be a flash fall and rise. Now with Futures ETF BTC, I expect it to move different-suppressing its movement. A spot ETF on bitcoin would make BTC 2x, so keep steady on news for Greyscale's approval, which is a spot ETF application...among others.
