In this tutorial, I will not show you how to open a wallet, it's quite simple (name your wallet, you save the sentence, and let's go ..).
You send your Ada by selecting "receive", you select the address and send yourself.

Then you select a validator and you pay attention to the costs (select a validator that has the least costs), and you can see how much he has blocked in his pool (it's just below).
Once you have found a validator that suits you, you click on:
1 / Delegate to this pool
2 / Continue
1 / Select the wallet
2 / Continue
1 / Continue
1 / Enter your password
2 / Continue
Don't necessarily take the validator I'm using for the example and look for the one that has lower costs.
You arrive on this page which tells you that you have delegated your cryptos.
Then for more information you can click on "info". "Rewards". This indicates the progress.
