A tribute to the fine people of Kraken Support

There are crypto exchanges and there is THE crypto exchange. In terms of customer service, Kraken beats the competition hands down as its personnel regularly answer the sub’s enquiries at lightning speed. The saying, “familiarity breeds contempt” doesn’t apply here because they seem to gel very well with us, receiving compliments every time they appear.

So I got interested about whether different Kraken staff will have a different style when it comes to answering enquiries. So here are my observations so far:

Pluto - Pluto may no longer be a planet but this doesn’t diminish the place this staff has in our hearts. He is great for pointing out the pertinent Kraken blog posts we ought to read, and loves giving us ‘Krakenites’ fist pumps. He also doesn’t shun away from declaring his love for his employer.

Tony - He brings cheery vibes to his answers, enthusiastically calling Kraken’s clients “amazing”. He always ends with an uplifting “Stay Awesome!” or “Have a wonderful day”, which never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Bea - She has a knack for giving long, thorough replies whose length rival some Redditors’ posts. She makes use of alliteration by signing off with “Best”.

Green - To be honest, I just read his reply once, but it made an impact. He quoted Nelson Mandela’s words - “A winner is a dreamer who never gives up.” I can’t wait to see whether he has more quotes up his sleeves.

Incidentally, these Kraken staff are not just active here, but also grace their presence in manifold subs like r/bitcoinbeginners, r/bitcoinUK, r/ethtrader, and of course, r/KrakenSupport. It’s a pleasure watching them display exemplary professionalism with a sense of light-heartedness at all times. Thank you for your service, Kraken Support team!
