For me, having 300 people follow my work is amazing.
I understand that over the first year, the quality of my posts were sub par.
This was mostly because I didn't have a ton of experience writing articles.
2021 was really the beginning of the experience, and I have had many people critiquing my content...most bad reviews.
It was upsetting for a while, and then, I decided to do better...a no brainer really.
But how do you go from writing content that sucks, to content that people actually like to read?
I found that over a year or so, after reading articles by authors better than myself, seeing others interacting with their quality content, that writing is a mix of things...
A lot of research, a lot of planning, a lot of humility, a touch of humor, and most importantly, understanding the reader.
In reality, PublishOx has hundreds of great authors, and tons of awesome content, and a plethora of individual imagination.
Not only did I read and interact with content here, but Bastyon, Medium, Reddit, and a few other places as well.
It helped me to bring better content to you.
Now, I know that some of my posts as of the past few months have not been the greatest, and I see where I can improve, but I do believe that I have improved a lot over the last year.
With this, I see more people following me here, and on other platforms. At COINPAYU I now have triple the followers.
But here is what matters the most to me, and that's because this platform is an article centered site.
This platform gave me more motivation than all of the others, because sites like Bastyon and CoinPayU, are not centered around the articles.
Bastyon is more conspiracy theory central. A monkey could write an article there about central government trying to destroy crypto, and people will interact.
CoinPayU is a crypto PTC/faucet centered website, that has a feature where you can write articles and win sats.
That being said, having followers there isn't meaningless, it's just not the same as having followers here.
Just more proof, for me, that I am writing better content, and people are actually enjoying it.
Thanks for being there with me on this long journey, and hopefully, in a year from now, I will have 600 followers.
