3 Splendid Reasons to Use Presearch

Do repost and rate:

We use Google. We use Bing. We use Explorer. Why not use something that gives back?

Presearch was a new idea to me and so far, I love it. It is one more way to add passive income. We all search. You can earn PRE tokens, or a portion of one with each search. PRESEARCH is a decentralized search engine powered by the blockchain.

The first thing I noticed with the Presearch engine was that tokens begin to add up right away. I started with 25 (through the PUBLISH0X link). After just a couple of searches I refreshed the Presearch tab and noticed it was at 25.24. This was after just a few clicks. (By the way, as of the time of the publication of this article, a single PRE token is worth a $.01). A couple of hours later after a few more searches it was over 26. Notice the screen shot at the upper right corner.

It will add up over time, and of course, like other altcoins, there is plenty of room for growth.

There is so much that Presearch offers that an entire series of articles could be written on staking, nodes, and other technical options. However, for this article, I want to highlight three really cool features that the general public will enjoy. Here we go:

1. Dark Mode. No this isn’t a place to trade illegal goods or services. It is a practical way to search the web that is easier on the eyes. We have all heard how blue light will keep us up at night. According to the Presearch site:

“This new version of Presearch enables you to turn the light emitted by your screen way down and invert the colors so that the background is dark and the text is light. Dark mode is particularly great for reading at night, and in low-light environments as it decreases the need to squint to reduce the light coming into the eye.”

This may seem insignificant, but it is a feature I am excited about. I tend to do a lot of my internet work at night. Then I have trouble sleeping. There is a biological reason for that. Countless studies have demonstrated how blue light from screens (phones, smart TV's, and computers) disrupts Circadian rhythms and suppresses melatonin--the hormone that helps us relax and sleep. The black screen is proven to measurably reduce (but not completely eliminate) the amount of blue light emitted.

With Presearch's dark engine you can stay up late and get your work done, but still get to sleep in a timely manner.

2. Privacy. There are other private search engines, but none that offers all the benefits of Presearch. I know that very little of our business is private these days, but there is a part of me that still likes to think that I could fly under the radar during a zombie apocalypse. Perhaps this is wishful thinking, but I do value my privacy and for that reason alone, I would use Presearch.

3. Personalization. Instead of algorithms choosing ads and directing me where to go next on the web, I get to choose where to go without influence while using Presearch. I can personalize this search engine and streamline my time on the internet without distractions.

The above image shows (to the right of the red arrow) a row of quick links to sites that I personally visit often. I set these up based on my own preferences. You can personalize this list by clicking on the settings icon under the search bar.

Oh, and by the way, there is a referral option for users as well. Here is my referral link:

All in all, I believe that I will be using this search engine a lot. I may even make it my primary search engine. These three points only highlight some of the bells and whistles. For serious technocrats, there are many interesting features and options, including being able to stake words to the search engine using your own PRE coins with the potential to earn a boatload of crypto.

Splendid!
