Xrp Ripple VS Sec what's happening

STAGE IS SET FOR A FINAL ROUND KO

So you reading this cause you are interested in xrp or have some coins in a stash bag, or you just want to know what's going to happen with all crypto currencies. Well you have come to the rite place. In this article I will be attempting to simplify @attorneyjeremy1 take on the case so far and when he thinks the case will be complete let's dive in. 

14 JANUARY 

Well both parties have not been able to be on time with 8 out of the 16 depictions done. It was a given that another extension was on the cards what was not though is that Ripple lawyers were also wanting extension. This being the 3rd delay in the case that has the balance of the cryptosphere's future on hand. So the next date to look out for is February 28. Just to note that it wasn't Ripple who wanted to extend the case that far. But seems to be a more tactical move. So our August hopes to an end is now pushed back to February 28. With covid being sighted as one of the biggest reasons for the delay.

WHEN WILL IT END 

It is the biggest and most asked question of the year. Well if it is anything like a previous case this judge was in charge of after February 28 it should take hopefully 4 to 5 months for the briefings to be finalized. That's to say that the judge will only get the case to make a decision on late July. This is also not a quick and easy judgement and will take time to make the judgement. That says we should look at about the end of August or even September as the end date to this craziness and the future of regulatory clarity for the broader cryptosphere. 

THE UNSPOKEN WORD 

The biggest problem with the whole case is that the Sec have been very bleek about the fact that they have evidence that Etherium was not a currency in the start and that there has been key players on both sides that have manipulated the issue. That's why the Sec have not been trying to take Etherium to court as it will expose them selfs as a key player to the current Etherium so richly enjoys. 

THE END OF THE ROAD BUT WHY

The case will have a judicial completion date of around September but this case might be over before final judgment is reached. The reason behind this and the why is......... This whole situation is hard for many people. Crypto lawyers are finding it hard to advice their clients as to what is legal and what is not. As it stands the securities law does not explicitly express what the term investment contract means. But that's not all if the sec loose this big deal case it will dampen their image drastically and then the question will arise... Are the sec doing what they were mandated to do. So as to why I see a early end before the judicial judgment. It is simply a matter of trying to keep the Sec relevant in the future.

HOW IT WILL END 

The case will have huge impact on the control structure of the Sec. That means that if this case looks to be threatening to that control the sec will terminate the case. They will resolve the matter....... Resolve the matter....... Take that in deeply. If they are loosing control and power they will put up a big fight. And therefore they will end the legal process before loosing. As they don't care about you or me they only care about power and control.
