Unfair Labor Practice Charge Against Modis Engineering

Today, Communications Workers of America Local 1400’s Alphabet Workers Union (AWU), on behalf of AWU member Shannon Wait, filed an unfair labor practice charge against Modis Engineering, a subcontractor that provides data center services for Google. Wait is one of countless Alphabet workers unfairly classified as temps, vendors, or contractors (TVCs).

Sahm Adrangi's Kerrisdale Capital was up 6.5% for the fourth quarter, including a decline of 0.3% in October and gains of 3.2% and 3.5% for November and December, respectively.
