Okay I am going to lay this out as quick as I can without beating around the bush a whole lot. Why is that some people are asking the question? "Why did I not get my Cryptocurrency earnings paid into my PayPal Account?"

The simple answer is verification and not just a PayPal Account without ALL verification processes complete. A little like how KYC works with some Wallets. Yes as with other KYC Wallets you may find that this is out of kilter with Crypto, however unfortunately a lot of companies are having to protect themselves from fraudsters... Don't blame PayPal or any other KYC lusting Wallets and companies, it is purely down to the gangs of fraudsters roaming the Internet as to why KYC exists.

PayPal are a huge company often targeted by fraudsters and so need to not only protect the company, but also protect you. So in short if you do not want that extra level of protection then you need to find another method to be paid. But if PayPal is the only payment facility offered, then you are stuck. You are just going to have verify your account or forget the PayPal payment from wherever you a being paid from unless the service changes payment procedures.

I myself pay my employees via a few channels, and I am sick to death of having to explain over and over again despite the payment process stating clearly that 'All payments are made to VERIFIED PayPal Accounts Only' before the employee clicks 'Issue Payment'.

So guys and girls if you go over to your PayPal Account and get verified you will in short have no problem being paid crypto into PayPal.

Verification importantly is via Bank Account. If do not have a bank account to verify PayPal, then for most sites that pay to PayPal you are wasting your time.
