New sanctions were issued to Russia for the war actions in the Ukraine. One of which is banning some of the banks.

Germany finally agreed to turn off swift payment system for Russia. The date is not set yet. 

Will Russia go pro Crypto after these changes to make fast payments without swift system and have actual liquidity world wide after the sanctions starts?
