Two 17-year-old Italians have been arrested for bitcoin payments to a live stream where children were abused, tortured and murdered. This is reported by the Italian media channel Il Messaggero.
According to the local media, it was possible via a deep web website to pay extra to determine what happened to the children.
Users who watched were therefore allowed to choose what the adults in the live stream did to the tortured and sexually abused children.
