Education is a way of organizing the influences of the socio-human environment on the individual. In order to belong to a society, we need rules, values ??and norms. Thus, the human community creates an integral space in spontaneous education. But how can an individual benefit from organized education? The one that every man thirsty for knowledge and evolution aspires to? This education comes from institutions created especially for education, and one of them is the school. The most common problem among young people is the values ??that education offers them. They tend to visualize knowledge through the passage of time.

More precisely, this common problem raises to the level of consciousness the question "If life has an end, then what is the purpose of wasted time for the accumulation of knowledge that I will lose anyway?". The most important thing, before educating a person at the institutional level, is to educate him about the importance of education itself. The traditional image of formal education must be removed from the vision of the young, and this is done by capitalizing on cultural richness, by explaining and deepening a rarely debated topic: the essence of life and its quality.

But how do we explain to a student that education is not just about getting a degree, and then a job? By activating self-awareness, only with its help can the understanding of this subject be developed. Man must be aware that life does not consist in death, but in survival, and survival is closely linked to the improvement of the quality of life.

The expression educational curriculum appeared at the beginning of the twentieth century with the publication of the essay of the great American pedagogue John Dewey: "The Child and the Curriculum" in 1902. Thus, a vital concept of pedagogical literature was born, so called to avoid classical expressions. which represents the systematic educational theory. By the fact that the future cannot be guessed, but only anticipated, the theory of the educational curriculum is a science that supports this idea. Therefore, it is a theological science, and not a causal one, because it predetermines and achieves goals, by identifying rational norms. This term has many meanings, but the most important and richest is the connotative. The connotative meaning gave birth to a well-known metaphor, namely the "curriculum vitae", referring to lifelong education and adapted by Romanian culture through the belief regarding birth and death.

Educational curriculum is a wrong concept adopted in the Romanian system, because it is transformed into an objective systematization of traditional education. Specifically, students who do not fully understand the concept of knowledge are the effect caused by this wrong approach to education and its organization. Traditional education, intensively used in Romania, represents all the incorrect norms of educating a student. Thus, the student aims to accumulate over the years as much knowledge as possible, at a superficial level, in order to obtain the highest possible grades. This whole system is evolving to the university level. From an early age, the child is punished for approaching a school subject in a different way. Romanian educational curriculum involves framing in a well-defined space of answers. Any other answer, which is in this correction scale, is considered wrong. Therefore, the student has the responsibility to give up his own values, his own way of thinking, and to adopt a typical thinking, which must fit into the pattern created by the school.

An effective way to change the error produced in the Romanian educational system is to introduce new values. For example, from the primary cycle, the student must be guided to free thinking, by stimulating creativity and imagination. Creativity is an important factor in giving the child the true essence of education. The curriculum must be completely changed to stimulate the imagination, and not the constant hunting of grades. The job must also be secured according to other criteria. A high school student will thus discover the need and importance of education at another level. Stimulating reading through works pleasing to the student is another important way to shape him to such thinking. By the fact that reading is seen as an obligation, and not an escape into a mythical world or by finding out unknown information that feeds the intelligence, it arouses repulsion among students. Due to the introduction of a strict curriculum, students face the forcing of normal development, which later has negative effects on the psyche, because the homeostatic imbalance is involved.

The evaluation system of students must be rebuilt, with the help of stimulating originality, by capitalizing on their own ideas, and not those imposed by current education. Often, students are frustrated by the inability to state their own ideas and the acceptance of those imposed by teachers. During the years of school education, they meet disinterested teachers, who arouse their hostility towards the school. Therefore, the criteria for hiring a teacher must be completely changed. A teacher must be dedicated to his job, he must want to share knowledge and initiate young minds in the mysteries of knowledge. At present, in Romania, there are many teachers who do not deserve this name. The job of a teacher is a lifestyle, not a simple job. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the impostors who occupy these jobs without having passion, but only in order to earn financially.

Pedagogy is called the science of education, a too simple and negligible definition of a discipline that studies human formation through culture. The teacher has a colossal responsibility for raising a child, so choosing a person for such a job requires more attention. There were many mistakes in Romanian school education, because it was not given the necessary consideration, this is where most of the errors in education start. Setting standards for learning, limiting the right to think on one's own, imposing strict rules on the subject taught, limiting the teacher's right to educate the student, in the true sense of the word, have resulted in the creation of a corrupt system. Of a system that capitalizes on plagiarism, repulsion towards knowledge, aversion to reading and limiting the opportunity to discover the essence of education.

Education, in relation to its main element, creation develops the personality of man. Thus, by repressing education and implementing erroneous ways of education, the individual does not have the opportunity to develop. The level of social consciousness allows the individual to expand his vision of life.

From this, one can deduce the disastrous abyss into which students are led, indirectly. They are restricted from the opportunity to contribute to the cultural heritage of humanity. The restriction of such a right has a strong impact, at national level, because the quality of life of Romanians is also limited. The percentage of the population without education is constantly growing, and culture is viewed incorrectly. Romania's low standard of living is directly proportional to the lack of education. Another category of people, found in most of the country, is that of seeking a financial reward. So, many people who graduate from higher education, do it not out of passion, but out of need. The need for money, on a superficial and exaggerated level, is a concept widespread and adopted by many citizens.

Every individual wants to have a happy life, and the price he pays on this unattainable value is that of money. Today's society is on the main financial level, often forgetting what humanity really is. The human being is disregarded, and superficiality is fully promoted. These statistics show and emphasize the importance of education, because all factors are related to education. These things prove the neglect of the need for a correct institutionalized education, neglect that evolves more and more, with the involution of man.

Therefore, there are numerous phenomena that need substitution, within the Romanian educational curriculum. And this metamorphosis can only take place through the interest and appreciation of educational value
