The Heaven and Hell of The Blockchain Use

Do repost and rate:

Visa will allow the use of a dollar-backed cryptocurrency to settle payment transactions on its network and that's one step further for the mass adoption process for cryptocurrencies to be used as forms of payments and not just volatile assets as most of us are accustomed with. The news came out earlier today and the crypto market has reacted positively.

In case you haven't read the news and was wondering through which stable coin will Visa be handling such crypto payments, it's USDC what they're be using. The first tests have been carried out this month and the goal is to partner with many other fintech companies for similar integrations.

Visa partnered with digital asset bank Anchorage to carry out its first USD Coin transaction this month, processing a payment via CRYPTO.COM to its own Ethereum address at the bank. Crypto-native fintechs want partners who understand their business and the complexities of digital currency form factors.

The next after the next big thing in crypto that I have forecasted a few months back, which was banks getting into crypto, is gradually taking shape, but blockchain technology is just like a knife that can be used in many ways. Some for the better of humanity and some towards further enslaving it.

'Excelsior Pass' is the Blockchain-Based “Vaccination Passport” to be Launched in New York State which will be a sort of proof of health/vaccination that would allow New Yorkers to participate to weddings, enter stadiums and so on, basically being able to return to their normal lives prior to the pandemic by using such a passport. Madison Square Garden in New York City and Times Union Center in Albany have already adopted the 'Excelsior Pass'

Andrew Cuomo, the Governor of New York state, has announced the launch of a blockchain-powered vaccination passport that will be used in New York City. The digital passport, dubbed the Excelsior Pass, was built on top of IBM’s Digital Health Pass.

The passport is free of charge and it will contain the data proving that one has either been vaccinated or has had his covid test result positive, registered on the pass, which will allow such a person join all sort of social events that one year ago were so normal and now have become a crime. If you know me for a while, especially from my activity on this blog you probably know I'm a freedom fanatic and I hate this types of measures. It was clear right from the beginning that vaccinations won't be mandatory, but they can deny access to persons not being able to provide that pass...

The math is very simple. If one has had his vaccine, and supposedly that vaccine is effective in protecting oneself from contacting the virus then I don't see any reason why would that person need to be registered on a blockchain as a proof of being vaccinated. Personal health is personal, isn't it? Next... if one's entrance to social gatherings can be granted by proof of covid test, knowing that these tests often times test false positive than why would the person need a passport?

Can't you see the narrative? It's not about the virus, it's about control and unfortunately this time our beloved governors are turning towards using blockchain technology for tracking us and not much doing anything for our health. There's already a lot of grey fog around the vaccine, its efficiency and side effects and those tests are bullshit, so what's the use of passports? No other than control and tracing.

If the vaccines are safe and efficient then we don't need any passports and proofs of vaccinations/testing for getting back to our normal lives. Whoever fears the virus can just simply take the jab, while the rest of us live on our immune systems, and we can get back to normal. None of the measures that have been taken to fight this pandemic has had any efficiency and the way they've been enforced it's clear that the goal is beyond a damn virus.

Here we have though two cases of blockchain technology use where on one hand it plays an empowering role that makes cross border payments and even traveling easier and on the other the blockchain technology trying to be used to further chain us... I hope for more use cases such as the first one and for New Yorkers to not fall for the crap their mayor has prepared for them.

Thanks for attention,

Adrian
