Telegram will have to pay $18,500.000 to finish their dispute with the U.S Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and have 30 days to pay the amount to the Yankee Authorities.
The conflict between Telegram and U.S regulators have been on track since October 2019 when the initial coin offering of $1.7 billion for their TON Blockchain responsible to grant the GRAM tokens was considered fraud! The abandoned TON Blockchain will have to pay a big price to accept US investors to their project, which accordingly to the founders mind was one of the reason that led to discontinue when their shut down the TON project.
Telegram have 3 years to repay $1.19 to TON Blockchain investors and Pavel Durov the CEO of the messaging company promised to pay them back according to users agreement that regulate their settlement.
