The Santa Claus (and yes there is only one) has been arrested in Germany by the elf, Chancellor Olaf Scholz, ostensibly for not wearing a mask.
A dozen of policemen were seen talking to the Santa, who was making an appearance at the Christmas market, with it unclear what was said but it is thought Santa told them that he already has a mighty beard that acts as the best natural mask.
Two armed guards of the elf then took Santa away in what may be a coup in the background as elfs take charge and steal our Christmas away.
