Yup. 600 fully grown men. Testing a token. Controlled by the russian government. Russia is partnering with the US on this one. Instead of the united states government conducting this test, they've just decided to go to russia and tell them to do it instead. There's no way on planet earth Russia would've ever came up with this sort of tech in the midst of what's going on today - I have 0 doubt that this test is purely done for the United states and not Russia. Even if russia does decide to implement CBDCs into their financial system, everyone's too broke to afford a phone to use the CBDC. That's because the currency is so bad to the point where purchasing power is absolutely decimated - which is another reason I believe Russia is infact conducting this test for the United States.

That's from a verified source. Just imagine having to use CDBCs - whatever they'll be - in a supermarket? What the hell is going to happen to cash? It starts with Russia and then the United states adopts it and then all the other countries in the world follow suit. There are too many consequences to such an action.
We need more of the above. Less experimentation and more fixing on what really matters. We don't need a whole new financial system when 50% of the wealth is controlled by 1% of society, we never will for as long as that's true.
Who the hell would want every transaction they perform under the harsh scrutiny of the law? What if I want to buy crypto? The government now knows exactly how much crypto I buy and when I had bought it? That doesn't sound like they're letting humans have privacy. It's turning the world into an authoritarian, private-less state.
There's talks of india doing the exact same thing as russia.
Why do we have to switch financial systems just because the overlords say so? What the hell happened to freedom of choice or free will? Do we really have 0 say at what the government does? I don't believe so.
There's many ways to rebel but the main problem is that we aren't. Everyone's too blind to see how this'll affect the world.
Not to mention how governments will be able to force you to spend your money with CBDCs, meaning that they'll "expire" the money in your bank account to encourage economic growth. But in reality it isn't "encouraging" anything other than slavery.
We're all about to turn into slaves and nobody knows enough about it to care enough about it.
