For anyone that understands that the current market structure is completely dependent on the use of the American Dollar for oil purchases, we can see any change to this dynamic would be disastrous for the American and Global economies.
The United Stated has been blessed with the global reserve currency being used to purchase foreign oil and has used this blessing to ensnare the entire world within this system. Anyone who has ever tried to move away from the PetroDollar has been underly destroyed and removed from power. Just ask Saddam Hussain how it worked when Iraq tried to move away from oil sales in dollars. He lived in a hole until his demise running away from the American power.
Now we have reports that Saudi Arabia is moving closer to China and the use of the Yuan to purchase its oil. Considering China purchases 25% of all Saudi oil, we can see this would be a substantial change in the global structure.
It’s not like the United States would go after Saudi Arabia for not using the dollar in oil purchases. We are friends right? Being a “friend” in modern terms means they pay America US dollars and oil to provide military defense of their country.
So the United States provided military support for Saudi Arabia, a country that has been considering moving its largest oil company Aramco to the Chinese stock exchange? How long will this last?
It is no secret that Chinese and American ties have been dissolved and a conflict is brewing between these countries. Add the PetroYuan to the mix and we have a recipe for a major conflict brewing.
The United States will not allow oil to be purchased in any other currency from its reserve currency and will squash any threat that it faces. At least this is what has happened prior. This recent development between China and Saudi Arabia may be different.
American is still dependent on Saudi oil and has lived a luxurious life by using the PetroDollar for this system. If the Petrodollar is no longer valid, the United States will witness a dramatic decline in standard of living. We may be talking the Great Depression 2.0.
This may be a situation completely out of our control. The alliances are being formed and we are witnessing an Economic War the likes the world has never seen. Where this is headed, none of us know, but what we do know is that everything is about to change. That change may be so severe that we witness the entire system imploding while countries scramble for supplies during a very very dark time.
Please be ready for all possibilities including hyperinflation in the United States. If the PetroDollar loses its ability to control the oil market, all those exported dollars will flood back into the United States. This landslide of currency would engulf our society, causing drastic changes to our lives, leaving nothing the same.
