Joining the crypto world is not difficult, understanding it is a whole different matter

I had heard about Bitcoin since 2012, I had the opportunity to buy in when it was 100 €/ coin but sadly I did not believe it will amount to anything. Needless to say I was wrong. Very wrong.

I am not alone in this missed opportunity group but I have recently joined the "let's give it a go" club and I must say it is quite interesting.

I have started buying crypto coins for the last 6 months and I must say things are looking up. I am very far away from early retirement but at least the option exists. A year ago, early retirement meant disease, disability or death, so things are looking up.

I started by researching what crypto currencies are, how they work and the best place to start investing. Similar to many people out there I wanted to find the cheapest way possible to turn a profit passively because otherwise what's the point, right?

There are many trading platforms out there and many if not all come with their own wallet option. Finding out that you need a digital wallet to keep your coins secure was really unexpected but it does make sense.

I started with 50? that grew into 150?. I added another 100? that transformed into roughly 800?. I know it doesn't seem like a lot but considering not much time was invested in growing the assets I think it is an excellent start.

I could draw up a list of where to go and what to download but that would just be heavily regurgitated information. The best advice I can give you concerning cryptos is to START.

1. START RESEARCHING (FIND MULTIPLE SOURCES)

2. START READING (ANY ASSET'S OWN WHITEPAPER)

3. START INVESTING (AN AMOUNT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH LOSING)

(to be continued)
