Jesse Powell, the co-founder of Kraken, blasted US regulators for opposing the goals of the cryptocurrency sector. According to Powell, officials are pushing bad actors to harm venture capital as part of a plan to undermine the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Jesse is being prodded to take action.

Regulators unleashing Bad Guys (like SBF?)

Powell has also added that these bad actors will be imprisoned in the future. It is also being speculated that Powell's hint is SBF, who blew up the market liquidity through his companies FTX and Alameda Research and brought bankruptcy to many crypto companies, but now he himself is on bail, and there is a long list of bad actors out there.

Jesse is Angry, but he is not Alone

Gary has frequently threatened the US crypto business by using the example of Kraken, and Jesse appears to be outraged by being fined $30 million merely for providing the staking option. Powell, however, is not the only crypto leader who feels this way; Custodia Bank CEO Caitlin Long is also feeling same.
