For the skin, tears are a normal remedy. As Christian Nestle Bowie puts it, we are surrounded by all kinds of ideas about tears and crying, that they cleanse the eyes.

Many who say that weeping is often a stimulus to the mind often say that it is a sign of weakness to weep in public. Yet studies suggest that both convictions are incorrect. An individual who cries continuously. After he stops crying, how does it affect his mental level? Can crying help you deal with an emotional incident? Many questions are being put forward.

Three stages of arguments are being made about crying

1. Many who claim that crying when anxiety is present will bring comfort and that when crying, the mind will be content are among those who believe that without anyone knowing it is easier to weep.

2. There is a second party, meanwhile. Those who think it is not nice to weep in secret. Those who believe it would raise tension by sitting alone and weeping.

3. A person who feels that when he is surrounded by people who are not his friends or relatives, weeping in public is a shame. Those who assume that it would be judged by peers even though it is in the office. The ones who hold up those views and claims are those who are at the forefront of weeping.

A 1985 study by Randolph Cornelius, an American psychologist, found that 94 percent of people said crying was healthy. Also as British psychologist Henry Maudsley said of tears, "Non-tearful sorrow may soon cause other organs to weep," several prominent individuals have researched and examined the benefits of weeping over a period of time.

But contrary to these reports, there were several results. For starters, it has also been found that crying impairs mental satisfaction. Research by Lauren Bilsoma in 2011 found that people's overall mood on the crying days were even more miserable than normal.

while the claim that weeping in public is considered incompetent continues, gender disparities exist between those who weep. For instance, crying individuals were deemed incompetent in a 2016 report. Men are more likely than females to be branded this way. But some study, citing social context, refers to weeping.

Men who weep/get emotional in the workplace, for example, are treated differently than women. Yet people exposed to emotions are more emotional and reliant on others.

These individuals think that weeping in secret and in public is helpful. Many who claim that weeping does not effect, on the other hand, are less likely to be emotionally attached. The experience of crying is provided to individuals by different social contexts and beliefs. The causes of crying will persist as long as those convictions stay unchanged.
