I truly did not know what to do with all the money i have saved up before buying a house. I was just keeping all of it into my saving account and a little into Retirement account. Couple of times i also when to some bank advisor to get an idea what to do with it and yeah they scared the hell out me with big terms like fund, index, mutual blah blah. U need to understand, I am an immigrate in Canada, my family is in back home and I did not give me much exposure to banking sector (and yes i work in a bank now)

After buying a house, I again started saving up money but this time I wanted to do something even if i am losing it. So i started looking for some videos on youtube and stumbled on few youtubers explaining why i need to have a TFSA account and where to start. Here comes an app called "Wealthsimple" as it sounds , it is a simple app where you can open an account and invest money into stock market and also they wont charge anything when buying or selling. Yes That simple!

So nothing to lose here and if at all stock market fall i will just hold on to my stocks long term, I opened an account in wealthsimple, transferred some money (5k) and started buying stocks in banking, real estate, energy and ETFs. After one month in to investing i am already up by 600$ and it all in my TFSA means no tax :)

Now always think if i had put all that money from before buying the house (which is 750K with 20% down), I would have easily had another 50k by the time i bought the house damn!!!!!!!!!!. Its okay i am still happy

If you have question feel free to drop a comment. No need of tips :)

Also if u want to signup, Use my referral code NMI7VA where U and I will get 10$

By the way this is for Canadians and also in this app you can buy crypto NOW
