I was a very early adopter of Robinhood, the online investment application and program. BUT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
It made buying stocks so easy!
The zero fees made it so much more inexpensive!
The app worked so smooth!
First they took the side of the multi-billion dollar Hedge Funds during the Reddit-Revolt. BAD MOVE!
Robinhood was all about putting the stock market and investing in the hands of the normal citizen. It was not targeted at the Ultra rich who sit in ivory offices and make money with other folks money... But which side of the reddit-revolt did they take? THE WRONG SIDE.... STRIKE ONE.
Then today, I wanted to add to my holding of Crypto. I had a bit sitting at Robinhood ready to be used and wanted to transfer some more in... I traded the funds I had settled at Robinhood on some more ETH and deposited another chunk of cash to grab some more DOGE... BOY WAS I WRONG!
Robinhood is treating DOGE differently than the other cryptos it handles! You can only use settled fund for DOGE purchases, but you can use unsettled for BTC or ETH... SO now they are picking which of their offerings I can invest with by telling me one set of rule for some and another set of rules for another... STRIKE TWO.
When I _tried_ to contact support to ask them WHY, guess what? CANNED RESPONCE. STRIKE THREE!!!
Robinhood is out for me. I am liquidating my holding with Robinhood and putting it all in my WeBull Holdings.
