Elon Musk's Enslavement Of His Workers

Do repost and rate:

Does money really outweigh human dignity?! Do billionaires give more importance to money than human health?!!

What interests me in this article is talking about the treatment of the influential businessman towards their workers, and not Elon Musk, the famous figure in money and business. There is a lot to say about this man, but what caught my attention is his lack of respect for the years of work and efforts of many of his workers , whether in Twitter or Tesla. This man really makes me angry with his superiority and transcendence, he reminds me of the time of slavery in the American South, well, maybe I exaggerate a little bit. Regardless of his intelligence, and brilliance, he prefers his personal interests above everything and does not care if the worker dies of hunger or fatigue, which reinforces the idea that money kills the human essence gradually.

This is what appears through the suffering of Tesla workers, which specializes in the manufacture of electric cars

Employees of the American electric car company "Tesla" complain about the strict management of th5 billionaire Elon Musk, which constitutes daily harassment for them, and this prompted them to launch a union campaign in New York, through which they intend to form pressure to reorganize their positions.

The employees  sent an email to Musk  notifying him of their goal to unionize, which is to seek better pay and job security along with less production pressures. They say it's bad for their health. This emphasizes that technology is really enslaving humans instead of serving them.

Among the complaints of workers at the factory, for example, is that management monitors keystrokes to track how long employees spend on each task and how much time they spend actively working, while 6 employees said this leads some to avoid taking bathroom breaks, like any normal human would do, stating that people are tired of being treated like real robots.

If the union launch is successful, it will be a first for Tesla, which unlike other leading automakers has successfully fought off unions at its US factories.

The crackdown also marks a new test for the beleaguered US labor movement, which recently scored a series of victories over longtime non-union companies including Amazon.com Inc, Apple Inc and Starbucks Corp.

In addition to the pay rise, employees said they aimed to secure an influential say in workplace decision-making, and to reduce monitoring, metrics and production pressure.

Tesla employees, along with the Union of Workers affiliated with the International Service Employees Union, which has succeeded in uniting hundreds of Starbucks cafes across the United States since December 2021, are organizing their activity near a store in Buffalo, 6 miles from the company's factory. Besides the Autopilot workers, the union said it was working to organize nearly 1,000 manufacturing employees at the Tesla facility.

It Seems that the  threats of the new CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk have come through.

Indeed, one of Elon Musk's  Twitter workers, called Halli Thorleifsson posted a tweet directed at the CEO of Twitter if he has really been fired.

Elon Musk becomes accustomed to firing his employees. He fired a number of the site's engineers, after some of them published critical comments about him, either on the social network or on the Slack internal messaging system.

It was reported earlier that  Musk began a large layoffs campaign, as it informed each employee separately via e-mail whether he would stay or leave, and prevented employees from entering the offices and on the internal systems of the site overnight.

Besides, in a Twitter conversation, Musk called a disabled worker Halli Thorlevesson "the worst" before deleting it, followed by an apology, saying it was a misunderstanding of the truth between what he was told and the reality. Those accusations did not go unnoticed, as the tweets spread like wildfire on the blue bird, in which Mask fought a war of responses to the followers, which finally prompted him to apologize. I wonder if  this is really the true face of  Musk Elon ?!! Who knows, the upcoming days or years are susceptible to answer this question.

On the other hand, after taking over Twitter, Elon fired CEO Parag Agrawal and two other executives, according to people close to the decision.

The Guardian newspaper published a report revealing the reality of the workers of the Tesla car factory, which contradicts the rosy image spread about the factory.

During 2014, workers suffered fainting spells, dizziness, seizures, breathing problems and chest pains, according to incident reports obtained by the Guardian. Hundreds of ambulances were called for injuries and other medical issues.

The CEO of the Tesla factory, which employs about 10,000 workers, acknowledged in a phone interview about working conditions at the factory that the workers were going through "a difficult time, working long hours, in tough jobs," but said he was very concerned about their health and safety.

The Guardian added that the workers work long hours under intense pressure, and sometimes work is required despite pain and injury, in order to achieve the ambitious goals of the CEO.

Well, the old saying turns to be true :Money is a good servant but a bad master
