Coinbase and Mercadolar are now blocked in Venezuela, on all mayor ISPs

I'm posting (not only) Venezuela weekly Bitcoin updates for quite a while here and just discovered COINBASE is now blocked by most mayor internet providers across the country. 

So if you're in Venezuela, there's a few options you can do:

You can use LOCALBITCOINS or VPN with Airtm. Not as many vendors are accepting BTC there in Ven but it is growing.

If you're more computer savvy and looking for the most private way, use Tor with BISQ. Here's a quick guide posted by this user @ reddit:

PSA Install Tor and use it to grab r/bisq to buy BTC. Also run your full node over Tor either in Venezuela, or to help those in Venezuela.

1. Download, verify1, install and initialize Gpg4win

2. Download, verify2, install, and launch Tor Browser (TBB)

3. With TBB, download, verify3, install and initialize Bisq

4. With TBB, download, verify4, install, and launch Bitcoin Core

5. Launch an Admin command console in the directory with tor.exe

6. Install the Tor service: tor.exe --service install

7. CD to service dir: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\tor

8. Create and edit a file called torrc with the contents suggested below

9. Restart tor: tor --service stop && tor --service start

10. Record your onion hostname: type .\HiddenService\hostname as

11. Add the bitcoin.conf options suggested below

12. Restart the bitcoin-qt program
