The Journey of Cryptocurrency In India was Very Confusion and problematic. When Crypto try to enter India, RBI (Reserve Bank Of India) made the law that if anyone holds or did a transaction in crypto, it will go to Prison. Then all CryptoStratup went to the Supreme Court of India. And After a Long Time, the Supreme court decided that no ban on cryptocurrency. But after 6 months of the decision, the Government of India announced that they will Ban on Crypto in the upcoming Parliament session.
The dilemma between the Government of India and RBI
After announcing the Upcoming Ban on Crypto, the anger of people increased toward the Government. Now Government asks RBI that you should make the law. But RBI also denies this that Bank not making any law on Crypto
Now
India Financial year 2020-21 end on 31 March and the government ask all industry, company to mention their crypto holding. So now it gives some happiness to all crypto holder in India. But the Decision is still Pending
What happens in Upcoming Time
1.3 Billion people country, If ban the cryptocurrency then India lost the big market of $ 1.5 trillion. But along with it also make an effect on the Crypto world because the step of the Indian government also start tension in another country, and Those countries also may Ban the Crypto.
