#1 thing you should focus on if you want to get wealthy (use by thousands of people)

.I wish I had new this a long time ago. again every time I read or listen to podcasts I get information about things I wish someone told me years ago because now i would be set already in life. 

I recently started listening to a woman called Codie Sanchez and the thing she says. according to her, she runs a newsletter called unconventional acquisition and an unconventional thinking group where she offers business acquisition advice to average people, (i want to get access to her so she can give me advice on things to do) . she talks about be financially free and the method she says is by buying boring businesses. anyways she says a lot and i will write it so I can implement it myself.

the importance of leverage in wealth

Codie was on the last episode of the pockets business podcast and she talk a lot about the steps to get rich, 

she said: "Since the dawn of time there were four types of leverage people use to amass tons of wealth". Naval Ravikant also said that most people who become massively wealthy get a huge payday, not because of luck but because they create their own luck.

the types of leverage are

• humans, this was used in the old days to build pyramids. using human labor at mass can create leverage.
• capital, the second leverage is capital and she gave the example of Rockefeller, if you have tonnes of capital then you can use it to invest un land and human talent and benefit from owning the output.
• code/robot she said the third type of leverage is code/robots and this explains the rise of tech billionaires like Musk, Gates, Zuckerburg etc.
• THE fourth leverage is Audience!  she says that most people are not going to be the next Elon Musk or Mark Zuckerberg and reinvent the wheel. like wish i code invent something now that would make me a billionaire but i don't know what . She said" having a audience is the newset form of leverage, if you have an audience you can Monetize, you cant get opportunities, you ca raise capital, people will come to you with investment opportunities.  the podcast host ask what is the most important skill and the one you should start learning is copywriting.  YES. she sid because if you can copywriter you can get your thoughts out which will help in making videos then help you make an audience. So according to her 

what am i going to do with this knowledge

since I have neither capital nor coding skills or a secret room of slaves to work for me(haha) i am going to try to develop and audience so i can leverage it. I had a WordPress blog before that got hacked but I was never serious about it so. i try to write more and see what happens if i can get a newsletter or products etc
