So many people asking when we will see bitcoin paper money has created, but i will give the reason that's why we will never see the bitcoin or any cryptocurrency physical.
Firstly bitcoin are digital asset so that's its will not be digital asset again once it turned to physical bitcoin, because digital are used online and analogy are used physical, so that's why bitcoin and other crypto currencies was created in order to be used online only for the aim of simplify online payments due to delay of doing online payments through banks it might take up to a week.
Also bitcoin and other crypto currencies they are created with a limited coin supply which cannot be created again and cannot be destroyed or lost, but if there will have the physical bitcoin that's means it will be easy for them to be destroyed and also to be lost, so that's will recommend to be creating unlimited physical bitcoins bitcoins which will make the demand of bitcoin to be low and lead for the price of bitcoin to become worthless.
And other thing once bitcoin turned physical it will not have demand because in physical life people already using fiat currencies, so that's why bitcoin should only be dealing with completing an online transactions.
