“I’ve been working on a new electronic cash system that’s fully peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party.” The words of pseudonymous Bitcoin invertor Satoshi Nakamoto to greet the world somewhere around 12 years ago through an email containing the Bitcoin white paper.
Even today, nobody knows the creater of BTC known as Satoshi . Since then, that is April 23, 2011, almost no one has heard from him/her/them after they signed off that email.
The Bitcoin white paper was the first document to describe the principles of a cryptographically secured, trustless, peer-to-peer electronic payment method that was inherently designed for transparency and censorship-resistants, moreover handed over the financial control back to the individual. At that time, the world was recovering from the great loses that happened because banks were using the money of their depositors as they pleased.
The document presented what is generally considered the first but not the last working digital currency which worked on distributed LEDGER technology called blockchain. The document presented the solution for "double spending" which was the significant problem of digital currency.
