It’s POSSIBLE that Bitcoin could reach 1 million USD. If that were to happen someone who buys Bitcoin today at 18,000 USD would get a 55.55x gain. Don’t get me wrong that is an incredible investment if Bitcoin reaches 1 million USD but it’s nothing compared to what some Altcoin have done in the past. Also keep in mind most Bitcoin bulls who believe in 1 million Dollar Bitcoin think it could take decades to happen.
- You could have bought Chainlink in September 2017 for 0.15 USD and sold it for 19 US Dollars on August 2020. That would have been a 126x gain in 3 years.
- You could have bought BINANCE Coin for 0.10 USD in August 2017 and sold it for 38 Dollars in June 2019. That would have been a 380x gain in 2 years.
- You could have bought Waves for 0.15 USD in July 2016 and sold it for 16.55 USD in December 2017. That would have been a 110x gain in 1 year.
- You could have bought Celcius for .02 USD in December 2018 and sold it for 2.50 in November 2020. That would have been a 125x gain in 2 years.
- You could have bought Mana for .01 USD in November 2017 and sold it for 0.27 USD in January 2018. That would have been a 27x gain in 2 months.
- You could have bought Maidsafe in December 2015 at 0.015 and sold it for 1.14 USD in January 2018. That would have been a 76x gain in 3 years.
- You could have bought OMG in July 2017 for 0.05 USD and sold it for 25.24 in January 2018. That would have been a 44x gain in 6 months.
- You could have bought Tron for 0.0019 USD in September 2017 and sold in January 2018 for 0.2 USD. That would have been a 105x gain in 5 months.
By now I think you get the point. But let me drop you one other Altcoin example before we leave.
You could have bought Dash at 0.75 USD in February 2014 and sold it for 1,424 in December 2017. That would have been a 2034x gain in 3 years.
People have become millionaires from buying and selling Altcoins. If you had bought 1,000 Dollars worth of Dash in 2014 you could easily be worth 1 million Dollars today.
Also keep in mind that many of these coins were ICO’s. People bought them for much less than the market price. For instance, Chainlink’s ICO price was 0.10 USD an even better price than what you could have bought on the open market.
There is big money in Altcoins if you buy the right coin, at the right time and sell it at the right time as well.
