From Rags to Riches or in other words how I'm progressing to becoming a Starbits Millionaire!

As a quick summary, I started in RisingStar in May 2021 but just drifted with it till I started blogging about RisingStar at the end of August 2021 and decided to chart my progress to becoming a Starbits Millionaire.
It's not rocket science but in short what is the quest - the quest is to bank 1,000,000 starbits and get the Starbits Millionaire Card! Primarily as a free to play player but if I find a pocket of crypto floating around I might just speed up the process too!
More changes in the metrics, reasons I'll set out below.
Lets start with the basics
- Missions completed - I managed to do 72 missions this week. Fairly consistent - must have been a bit more active since its a few missions more than usual.
- Cards owned - No new cards........
- Starbits - In game increase of about 20,000 so a good week!
- Skill/Fans/Ego - Still managing to keep this ratio in check so that's good as there's no impact on my earnings due to ego yet.
- Level 59 - Still averaging around two levels a week.
Diesel Pool & Hive Pizza/Starbits Balances
The risk has been worth it I think with investing the bits into the pool. The initial rewards period ended in the pool (more about this in a second) but based on my initial investment of about 353k starbits in value the pool amount/rewards gained to be about 439k starbits in value. WOW - thats 86k worth of starbits!!!.
However the more astute of you may notice my new investment is only about 431k in value - yes I made a few errors in reinvesting the pool. So what happened - the rewards period ended. I withdrew from the pool and invested in the PIZZA-DEC pool. Not a bad idea as it had good rewards albeit they would be harder to calculate as they weren't in starbits. Then an announcement today came that the PIZZA-STARBITS pool had its rewards renewed. So in haste I converted it all back.. which was a mistake - I didn't pay atttention to the conversion rates so lost 8k worth of starbits in value! Oops...
So my actual "gain" was about 78k worth starbits in value so I cant complain too much!
As far as metrics for the pool, to save space I'll present my initial investment, the previous weeks value, the current weeks value and an approximate return (%) based on the initial value and the previous week value. This should give a good indicator of how the pool is performing. It currently has 0/div0 in a couple of rows but that's just because I'm starting the metrics from the current investment only.
On thing to note - the rewards are a lot lower this time around it appears so in hindsight I should have stayed with the PIZZA/DEC pool but this pool is easier to follow so I'll stick with that - Maybe this is why I'll end up being a musician rather than an investment banker!
Current Strategy and considerations
Still no change in strategy at this time - that is Headline Acts plus Music Lesson plus fillers (i.e. Radio Interview), refill with Pizza and repeat. Also use a pizza to refill if its about time to catch some ZZZ's so I can do a Headline act overnight as well. I am considering investing in some more pizza as I've almost run out a few times now but I'll think on that.
The pool is definitely helping but with the lower rewards this time around I'll have to think on whether to stay in it or not after a week or so. I think in the long run earning some bits is going to be better than not....
Based on the pool and the starbits sitting in-game I'm almost half way to the One Million Starbit goal. As an aside, my balances of hive/HBD are growing too so while I'm probably not going to invest more into the pool at this stage (eggs in one basket and all that) the Hive balances (mostly from posts) will at some point probably be converted to Starbits to speed up the process even more.
