How does Socios work?
Each partner club will commit various polls throughout the course of the football season, the clubs have the obligation to bring to life the most voted option of the poll, these votes are registered in the blockchain and can not be altered. To be able to vote you will need "Fan Tokens", having 1 token will allow you to vote on every poll that a team creates and it ill not disappear once you cast your vote but the more tokens you own the more valuable your opinion will be; 1 token = 1 vote, 10 tokens = 10 votes. But how can we get Fan Tokens?
How to get fan tokens?
Fan Tokens can be bought directly on the app, but if you do not want to spend money you can join the token Hunt! Token Hunt is an augmented reality feature than allows you to collect various fan tokens or $CHZ in the comfort of your home, if you are lucky enough to get a team token you can use them to vote on the team polls or you can sell it on the market, some tokens are valued at 10$!
The token hunt was supposedly to make you walk trough your town in search of the tokens, Pokemon Go style, but because of the covid pandemic all the tokens will be really close to your location, you will not need to move to get them
Not every reward is a Fan Token, sometimes you get a small amount of CHZ (1 to 8), but i already got 5 team tokens. Since none where from a team that i was a fan, i sold them in the market netting me around 40$.

The majority of the Socios partners are Football teams, but the app expanded behind the football realm, it made some partnerships with e-sports teams like OG or NAVI and fighting promoters like the UFC. The Football teams are some of the biggest teams in the world like Paris Saint-Germain or Barcelona.
As you can see the list is really good and diverse, the rate they keep adding new teams and organizations is also really impressive.
How to get started?
The first thing you need to do is to install the app on your phone, you can do it on both android and apple devices, simply go to socios.com and click the download button. The interface of the app is really simple, but if you want to jump to the most interesting part, the token hunt, click the "hunt" button and join the daily hunt, if you get a Fan Token make sure to explore the polls of that team and if none of that is of your interest you can quickly sell the token to net some cash. Keep in mind that to be able to sell said tokens you will need to provide documentation (KYC).
Final Thoughts
Socios is a great app, i am really happy with the amount of free CHZ i made using it, the worst part of it is the KYC, you will need to provide a selfie and a photo of your id, the process is fast, it takes around 2 working days.
