All the hype surrounding PRESEARCH in the recent weeks reaching to moon and the reason is their new marketing strategy, on which they are focussing quite heavily.
THE MARKETING MODE
After focussing on their decentralized search engine for years and making it one of its kind in the game with their consistent efforts, the team is planning to boost the marketing. Now, after the launch of the node-powered engine, the search results are already improved by a huge margin and this is the main reason they've decided to enter into Marketing mode.
Recently in an AMA session hold by KUCOIN Exchange, the founder, and CEO of Presearch, Colin Pape said that they are now shifting into marketing mode and recently hired a PR firm and added two marketers to their team to help ramp things up!. They are expecting some explosive growth this year, especially now when the new search engine experience is so much better than before, and in this climate where people want to protect their privacy.

FURTHER MAJOR DEVELOPMENTS
On asking about the future developments in the project, Colin mentioned some interesting points:
1. Vision Paper: They will be updating the current vision paper as this was published in July 2020. The new vision paper will reflect the achievements to date with the ongoing plans and what can be expected from the future developments.
2. Gas Fees: As we all know that Etherreum is going berserk and the high gas fee is a major obstacle in the transactions which is really a major issue as the project processes tons of withdrawal requests every month. The current system is not sustainable for the project because gas costs are so high. As a result, they are currently working on a bridged token on another blockchain that has significantly lower gas fees.
3. Stable User Node Testnet: They are planning to release a stable user node testnet, from which user nodes can migrate to the mainnet and power all search queries on the network. This feat will make Presearch, world's first major search engine that offers private and decentralized search queries.
4. Presearch For Mobile: An iOS browser is in alpha testing that will enable you to easily search privately with PRE through the search/URL address field.
5. Other Developments: They are planning to release various developments this year which will improve the advertising and reporting experience, serving nodes, data sharing rewards, indexing nodes, and more.

These are all developments with some concrete base as the founder has himself said this and we can expect the effects very soon, but as a wise person once said that you should Do your own research before taking any action because it is really important.
