As someone who is constantly online researching different things from Cognitive Neuroscience to stocks the amount of time I spend online is way to much. Originally I was a big user of Microsoft Edge, however as I begain to care more about my privacy realised that relying on my security software was a terrible idea. When first started using the BRAVE Browser I skeptical of how the dashboard was set up claiming to save both time and data.
I quickly begain to realize how amazing it really was. Suddenly all of the targeted ads were gone, videos in the background did not automatically play it was fantastic! The best part was earning the BAT tokens for "watching" ads. They only appear in the bottom right of the corner so half of the time I don't even notice them because they do not interupt my work.
With the BAT tokens I would build up and aquire I would have them sent to my Uphold wallet once a month during the payout period. At this time I either would convert the token into USD as the token would often fall after the distribution so I would convert it back into BAT and transfer to Coinbase. From there I would convert the tokens into Tezos or once COINBASE added the feature USDC so that I could passively collect interest. While this was not the place to collect the highest yeild it was by far the easiest and simpliest thing to do.
Like I had previosuly posted at once point before Brave has gotten as large as it has I could easily "make" $6-$7 of BAT a month for really just doing what I was already having to do. Adding in the ability of converting the tokens into different things that further compound the money I received Brave was nothing short of a mini gold mine for me. For now as it is set up I have my assets split between Tezos and DAI as DAI compounds and pays out daily on Coinbase.
Using the Brave Browser and a few clicks a month with Coinbase and Uphold I have been able to create a nice little steam of money that while yes it is very small now due to the 8th wonder of the world of compounding could eventual pay off very nicely!
