Hello Community,

We often say this but it’s too true — time flies when you’re having fun! The DAO beta testing has been nothing but positive thus far, it’s been a flurry of positive feedback across the board.

Right now our developers are planning the integration of a proof of ID solution with Numio long with also working on the integration of our forthcoming V.2 staking. Once these have been complete our testers will go into a new round of testing, closely followed by public launch of V.1

The team have been listening to our community testers, here are some of the developments that have already taken place;

WEEK 1 (18th Jan — 23rd Jan)

  • Voting issue — Users could not upvote on the Proposal, the issue was resolved.
  • Email functionality — Users now will receive email on proposal/ milestone rejection.
  • Avatar — Avatar image added.
  • Dark mode — We scoped out implementing this feature
  • Country dropdown — Countries are listed now in alphabetical order (A > Z). (Bug reported by beta tester)
  • Submit proposal modal UI on small screen — One of the users pointed out that the stepper was distorted on very small mobile screens which is resolved now.
  • Edit proposal — Users will have the functionality to edit their proposal if the proposal has the status of “Pending”, “Rejected”, “Fail” (In Progress). Will let the community know when the functionality will be completed and integrated.
  • Submit Proposal — Users can edit their milestones (In Progress).

WEEK 2 (25 Jan — 30 Jan )

  • Integrated a new API — Integrated the latest PHNX price API.
  • Integrated a new status — Integrated the status of “Completed” which will be assigned to a proposal once all of it’s milestones are approved by the admin. Integrated this on both ON and OFF chains.
  • Edit milestone — Added the edit functionality where the users can edit their milestones while submitting the proposal.
  • Edit proposal — Added the functionality where the users can edit the proposals and re-submit it (In progress).

The testers continue to support and our developers continue to drive the DAO closer and closer to public launch so stay tuned for the latest.
