OIDN

Open information for everyone, by everyone

structured around EOS.

What is OIDN?-

The Open Information Decentralized Network provides everyone with the information they need.

This information is structured around the user. There's no information pulled from anyone without their will. Users submit their information so it can be freely used by everyone else.

ORIGINAL.

There's different levels to this. OIDN lets you submit into a data pool consisting of multiple people to collect information.

Rules, restrictions. Of course there's rules around this platform. You are not permitted to share any data that isn't yours. That's why only data pools exist. Of course there are rules for comments on data pools. To keep people out of certain pools, only the consensus of the other members determines, if a new member is able to join or not.

Comments and pool internal discussion boards. Everyone can leave a comment on any data pool. But there are also discussion boards, which you can access, once you have entered a pool. These are the pool-internal discussion boards, where you can chat about things concerning the pool.

Discussion boards. The normal discussion boards can be accessed by anyone. Every information-category has one. There will be more info on that in the next couple of weeks.

These actions lead to bans from the platform.

Categories. For all of these types of information there are different categories.

Example for user pools. CS:GO is a popular FPS-game. There is market data for it, but not enough. You can create a pool, where other users can, for example share prices for specific CS:GO skins. Thereby you could create a market index for the CS:GO economy. This can also be done for multiple categories like knives, AWP or pistol skins.

This is, of course, just an example. There's much more than gaming. But that's up to the community to decide.

Instantly deletable. Users can freely delete ALL OF THEIR DATA if they want to.

Incentives. There will be certain incentives that will make sure the users keep their data fresh.

Timeframes. Of course, being time-bound isn't good. That's why people are able to set time-frames in which people submit their information

(Once a day, once a week, once a month).

API-driven pools. Users will later be able to open, or edit their original pools to API-pools, which can use API's either they themselves created or are free to use.

AI-driven pools. At a later date, we want to include AI-driven pools.

NEXT STEP.

Soon to be revealed.

There's more information on what role the EOS network will play in this in a couple of weeks as well as a roadmap.
