Kurt vom Scheit, OANDA’s CEO, released a statement about the recent collaboration. Kurt stated that instant messaging apps are a big part of modern society and lifestyle. That is why OANDA intends to elevate its onboarding protocols to achieve it.
It will extend the venture’s communication channels onto multiple globally-used platforms. Adding these popular mobile messaging and social media apps will take OANDA’s client management approach on par with any other industry leader.
