Video card maker Nvidia allows you to restore the release of specialized cryptocurrency-oriented graphics chips (GPUs). This was announced by Kolete Kresa, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
According to her, if demand increases to a "significant" level, Nvidia can start producing CMP again. Currently, the 30 series RTX video cards are popular among mainers, however - according to Kresa - cryptocurrencies are no longer considered an important part of the business in the company.
"The demand from gamers is very high, and we think it exceeds our current supply," she added.
Renewal of CMP release is expected to release video cards for gamers. During the current cryptocurrency rally, there was a shortage of video cards in the market - as it was in 2017-2018. per year.
