Alright so i will start this off by stating some things before i suggest anything. that this arose of out a client(myself) who had a issue happen which was all in part of NEXO blatantly lying/deceiving me when i signed up and decided to entrust them with my funds.
This is what happened.
On monday 04/05/12 i made two deposits
Now when a deposit or any transaction happens on the blockchain as all of you know. Is very transparent and anyone could see it . Which means that i saw my funds being sent to the address. and it did. I saw all the confirmations happen. Now here Arises the problem. First i dont see it in my account not even a incoming message or anything.
So i double checked i sent to the right address and i did, i actually re checked 3 times even though i was right the first time. I emailed NEXO and this is the response i got. And Anyone tell me im crazy in my responses if i was
I am still waiting for my funds. So Nexo first lied when i signed up. The deposit address people receieve if not their own. The addresses do receive the funds but nexo is actually the one was has full ownership, not you. Second They love to spread your personal business around, only one time through my ongoing support with them has the same person helped me. Pavel everyone else was some different each time they responded. But what really takes the cake is this here is their fine print
Most of the things stated above covers their own ass even if they decide to close up and take off with all the assets they have been entrusted with. They dont even have the excuse of being busy. They obviously have more then enough people working looking at all the diffrerent times my case was given was a new person (25+ times with one support ticket) They straight out cheated me and i hope others take heed and learn.
Their is even an part that states if we reject it, the deposit will be sent back.
I even asked them to cancel it after a week of waiting. and they responded with the same thing. To just wait. and wait and wait. They know my issue exists. Where is my funds seriously. From the above stated i dont think i have to say much more about that now. Stay away
