Hello all,
I'm in crypto since late 2017. I've heard about BTC long time ago, but wasn't interesting for me at that time (idiot). After a while i've started to search and read about crypto and decided to "mine". As I didn't had any possibilities, i've started to mine Bytecoin with my C2D pc :) .
I remember that at one point I had around 10.000BCN ( under 5$) but i was so satisfied with my results and put another computer at work.After a while I saw that BCN is not going anywhere and started to search another projects. I exchanged my BCN to AEON, then to digibyte , in the end I had lower balance that in beginning :) ( yeah yeah, i'm good trader :D ) . At one point i was looking at coins and mkt cap and saw Stratis. At that time Stratis was down from 10$ to 2.8$ and started to read about project, read opinions . What made me to exchange my mined coins in Stratis was their app from App store ( is hard to be listed with an app via APP store when is about crypto), so I said to me , why not. And this is how I started with Strat.
I started to register on all forums , reddit, twitter everything that involved Stratis. Not so long after this , I received my first invitation on Stratis Slack. There I saw a STRONG , SOLID community that gave me insurance that i've made right decision. I can't forget my first tip from a Stratis Slack member of 3 STRAT with the message "buy a beer" and I was speechless. I didn't knew that guy, he didn't knew me , but even so, I received a tip.
From there Strat went from 2.8$ to 22$ in a matter of few months, but as a good trader that I am ( explained above ), i didn't sell , and I have no regrets for that. Bear market came and all coins took a "correction" but a strong one. After some personal issues, and some mistake that i've made , I leaved for a while Stratis Community . After more than 6 months of strong regrets , I came back to Stratis community , but this time on Discord.
I tried to repairs my mistakes from the past , and in less than 3 months after I was back, i was promoted as a Community contribuitor, because I've started to help members who had issues with sync wallets, or peers or other small , minor issues, and tweeting , talk about Stratis in many places.
Stratis Discord is a strong community, with very good people , with amazing admins and DEVS and this makes you to feel this community as a family , not as a business group . Is not all about money , is about helping others, making new acquitances, friends, is a lifestyle. I can't immagine now being away more than 2-3 days from my "family".
As I told you, is not always about money, and most important is that if you belive in you and you are active , you can make a lot of great things.
Helping others, indirectly you are helping yourself.
