Altcoins demonstrate a more impressive positive dynamics, which pulls the market in plus. Although the analytical service Coin Metrics has come to the conclusion that over the last week 72% of the leading digital currencies fell out of 250 leading digital currencies, it is clear in the broader format that alternative cryptocurrencies are holding up well. The leading altcoin Ethereum has grown by 180% since the beginning of 2020. XRP showed much more modest results, adding 26%. Taking into account the serious claims of the participants of the crypto market to the project, it demonstrates good stability.
Many are afraid of the increased dependence of cryptocurrency dynamics on the mood of traditional markets. In turn, they are affected by the situation with coronavirus and, even more, stimulating measures of governments and the Central Bank. The current price dynamics of anonymous cryptocurrencies are remarkable. The most well-known projects Monero, zCash and DASH showed growth of 13%, 12% and 5% respectively. If we take the indicators for the week, Monero jumped by 26%, zCash - by 28% and DASH - by 7%. All 3 digital currencies are the stars of the "rally-2017", but in recent years interest in them has faded, leading prices to them far from historical highs.
