Popular money transfer company Moneygram distance itself from Ripple
After the SEC lawsuit filling moneygram spread some light on the topic
In a recent press statement Moneygram disclosed they never utilized ripples counterparty services namely On demand liquidity ( ODL)
They collaborated with Moneygram for their blockchain payment solutions and faster cross border services.
Moneygram does not utilize the ODL platform or Ripplenet for direct transfers of consumer funds digital or otherwise.
Company added Moneygram has continued to utilize it's other traditional Fx trading counterparties throughout the terms and conditions of ripple that doesn't rely on ripple platform
In June, 2019 Ripple and Moneygram entered into a strategic partnership for cross border payments
In collaboration ripple invested $50 million dollar in exchange for moneygram stock
