• He holds an Master of Arts in East Asia Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Peking. He was the only millennial among the first graduates at Hupan University which was founded by Jack Ma the founder of the Alibaba Group-Justin considers Jack as his mentor

Alibaba denies any cooperation with tron or investment in Justin Sun

• He was already investing in Tesla and bitcoin when he studied at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012

• At the end of 2013 he joined Ripple Labs, 2014: He was was Ripple’s chief representative in the greater China area and worked for Ripple till 2016, there are people that are claiming that he never worked for Ripple and him being Ripple’s chief representative was a lie:

• Business Magazine Forbes included Justin in its 30 under 30 Asia list in 2017, and in its 30 under 30 China list from 2015 to 2017

• 2015 he founded a Live-streaming app called Peiwo which was kicked 2018 from the Android/Apple app stores for disrupting socialist values-it was mainly misused for spreading pornography like Chatroulette

• Justin launched Tron in early 2017 and he used and copied parts from other Projects for his Whitepaper-which I already mentioned in my Post about Tron Trx:

• The 2017 TRON Foundation ICO raised $70 million
• At the time of the sale, TRX tokens had a market value of $0.0019
• He integrated TRON into Peiwo only months after the acquisition and expanded TRON’s active user base with this integration
• He purchased  P2P file-sharing network Bittorrent in July 2018, and there have been accusations again, this time for not paying the Bill to the Ex bittorrent owner Bram Cohen who attacked Justin Sun on Social Media multiple Times

• In March 2019, Justin announced that he would be giving away a Tesla but the giveaway was a disaster and in the end Justin decided to hand out 2 Teslas

• 1.)For Threatening his Workers badly-Bullying-Verbal and physical harassment-Demotions - Threats,
• 2.)For ruining STEEM and
• 3.) for Taking Tax money from the US Corona fund

Lets take a closer look at this accusations:

1.)

• Two former BitTorrent employees (Richard Hall and Lukasz Juraszek) are suing Justin Sun and Cong Li the lead engineer of BitTorrent for workplace mistreatment, discrimination and emotional distress. They also accuse Sun and Li for other occasions, Juraszek claimed Justin Sun slapped Li in the Face, and he said he had "heard" Li to have physically hit a manager whom he also had attacked in person and in group chats. The two also claim they were dismissed unreasonably. Hall said he flagged the risks of third parties hosting copyright-infringing content and child pornography and that he was ignored by his Bosses, he also said that Li threatened to fire him if he took his approved vacation- lol he complained about hosting copyright-infringing content on Bittorrent and wonders whey he got fired :)
• They worked for 6(Juraszek)/7(Hall) Months at Bittorrent before they were dismissed-they are suing for $15 million
• Tron, Sun and Li have issued a legal response to the allegations, claiming that the allegations lack factual substance. Trons lawyers claim that the court lacks jurisdiction(Court of  in California) on the case, and claims the dismissals were both above-board. Tron also demanded that Hall and Juraszek pay the company’s legal costs

• Justin acquired Social Media Plattform Steemit and announced it on 14.February 2020 (the Story of Steem was a Story of betrayal and Bullshit from the start, long before Justin joined up. Two of the Steem founders launched the Blockchain behind the backs of their fellow Members a week before it was supposed to, to mine a majority of the Steem token supply)
• Long Story short:  When Justin Sun joined Steem ,the Steemians disliked the Idea of Justin converting the Steem Blockchain into Tron, so his welcome was everything else than warm, ok some Steemians gave him a chance but many did not. The Steem witnesses started a war over the leadership with Justin by freezing his tokens (they don't even gave him a chance as they did the freeze only 10 days after his announcement), that ended with a evenly nasty counterattack from Sun (by Freezing the Token of Steem holders and make it Impossible for them to withdraw for several weeks) which he described as Anti Hacker Update to the Blockchain(He meant the guys who freezed his token-Witnesses=Hacker) and he even used his connections to Huobi, Poloniex and Binance to get this done. They freezed his Tokens that were bought from his Money and they attacked him first but his counterattack was as shady as theirs, because he also freezed the Token of common Holders that were not Involved in the Attack on him. This event led to the creation of Hive (a clone of Steem) and a split of the Steem community. There were also claims that Justin "censored" some Steem users that were Pro Hive. Steem had financial problems and almost went bankrupt before Justin joined up, The partnership had potential and could have been something good for both Tron and Steem  but unfortunately things turned out the way they did and a big chance went to Hell.  I don't think that Steem is ruined now, but the whole thing did its harm, and the hard fork of Hive is surely not a good thing to Steem.

• Its said that Tron has received a US government aid of more than $2 million in coronavirus relief which is available to US companies suffering from the effects of the coronavirus crisis( its used for Paycheck Protection), Justin got o a lot of criticism in respond for taking the aid Money-Unfortunately I couldn't find a Statement from him about this Topic. All i know is that a Lot of Companies in Austria are misusing the corona aid funds and I'm sure its the same in the USA.

• Justin met Kobe Bryant at NiTRON Summit 2019 where Kobe held a Speech

• When Kobe Bryant tragically died in a Helicopter Crash  in January 2020, Justin postet this tweet and once more earned a Shitstorm for it

• He admires Warren Buffett and his long-term value investing strategy and he won at an charity auction for GLIDE on ebay with a 4.567.888 USD bid to have lunch with Buffett in June 2019(he would have paid up to $10million to win the auction).The Lunch was held on 23 January 2020 , it should have been earlier but Justin officially delayed it because of kidney stones-There are Rumors that the Chinese Government  was responsible for the delay but there is no proof for that.   
• Some People criticized Justin for delaying the Lunch, calling him a Liar and fraud and this criticism is a very good example for what kind of shit Justin Sun has to take for practically everything he does.

• Justin was accompanied by eToro founder and CEO Yoni Assia, the Head of the BINANCE Charity Foundation Helen Hai, Litecoin creator Charlie Lee and Huobi CFO Chris Lee to participate at the diner. He also Invited others like Donald Trump :) to the Diner but they declined or simply ignored him
• This was the fourth time a Chinese bidder won the auction and publicized their identity. Buffett is very popular in China and winning the auction also brings marketing value.

• Sun presented Mr.Buffett with a few gifts:

1.) A Samsung Galaxy FOLD 2 loaded with 1 Bitcoin, 1,930,830 TRX, 100 BTT, 100 WIN, and 100 TRC20-USDT

2.)A bronze horse figurine, because Justin and Mr.Buffett were both born in the Chinese Year of the Horse

3.)A paper cutting artwork of the Year of the Mouse with a personal message: from Justin to Warren.

4.)A set of plates with TRON logo and matching chopsticks.

5.)A personal copy of Justin's book “Brave New World”.

Some Time After the Dinner Warren Buffett stated in an Interview that he owns No Bitcoin and never had any Bitcoin in his possession-of course the Accusations and Shitstorm on Justin started again(People accused him of  lying about the presents) shortly after the Interview. Later Mr.Buffett stated that he donated the Cryptos that he was presented with to the GLIDE Foundation.

• 2 Days before his Lunch with Warren Buffett, Justin had Lunch with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak

• In February 2020 a obviously drunken Justin Sun told Pod-caster Peter McCormack to buy his Shitcoin while he was filmed, it was clear that he meant it as a Joke but like always he was attacked for it and some People even wrote Articles like  Justin Sun admits tron is a shitcoin

• Justin has more than 2.1 million followers on Twitter and he had over 1.2 million followers on the Chinese social network Weibo before he was banned there for violations of community rules. 

Of course his accused of paying People to follow him, there are also accusations that hes using bots on Tron network to increase the number of tron users :

• Justin Sun and Ethereums Vitalik Buterin had several Clashes on Social Media and they are mocking each other from Time to Time

Everyone is free to decide for him/herself what to think about Justin Sun, but i think he accomplished a lot and given the fact the his merely 30 Years Old, he should have still a lot of Time to learn from his mistakes and to Evolve. Whatever he does or say will Trigger accusations and attacks on him for whatever reason and if he succeeds with his Projects or not is still something that time needs to tell us. I do believe in him and i think hes a character with a lot of potential. I may have let out some accusations but i think i mentioned all the Important ones.
