This is the dashboard of the Chatex Bot. Most of you are familiar with it, now. Because we have already discussed all parts except the ''Profile'' section. My today's topic focuses on the ''Profile'' section and how to transform you into a better Chatex trader. Let's start with the basics.
Chatex Bot allows every crypto believer/trader to enter the world of crypto assets in the shortest way. There are 10 different cryptocurrencies you can buy with over 150 local fiat currencies. This offers a new kind of P2P exchange. But in any kind of trading experience, our very most priorities are security and trust! The 'Profile' section of the Chatex Bot tries to construct the most trusted user profile for every trader. Below is the screenshot after you click the 'Profile' button.
The dashboard shows you the statistics, first. The username, registration date, your country, verification status, registered email address and phone number, the ratings of feedbacks after each trade, total trade count, and your total trade volume in BTC valuation are shown at the first sight. These statistics constitutes your reputation among other Chatex users. In my opinion, buying some cryptos from KYC verified and the more trusted person is better. Or blocking and reporting the possible scammers on the Chatex Bot will make the Chatex ecosystem a better place. So the 'Black List' option is my first choice to explain further.
I have been using the Chatex Bot for more than 5 months. I have completed 17 trades. Sometimes my ads didn't go well and the trade is not completed. But I have never faced a possible scammer so far. So my Black List contains 0 traders, but it doesn't mean that you will not face a scammer. Please search more before validating the crypto trade. The profile section is the best place to evaluate the person you're dealing with. After the 'black list' button, if you click on the 'Security' button you will be available to change the registered email and phone number. These will not affect your reputation but if you are a known and active trader, it may cause a possible drop in trading volume.
The above picture shows the 'Reviews' section. Although I completed 17 successful trades so far, only 1 of them has reviewed the trading experience. It's trading between two Turkish users, so the review is also in Turkish. It says that ''It was a positive response to my first experience, congratulations. thanks.''. You can point to the reviews as good or bad with emojis. You can create better reviews with good relationships and fast responses to your ads.
There are 3 levels of ID verification on the Chatex Bot. These are phone, address, and identity verification, respectively. If you complete all three, you will get the ?? emoji next to your name. So it will be much easier to complete trades with higher trust.
User verification is required to comply with the AML Policy (Anti-Money Laundering).
Chatex is fully GDPR-complient on Data Protection. Data are automatically transferred to the Sum&Substance Ltd verification service via a secured channel.
You can use the Chatex Bot with ''exmo'' and ''kuma'' APIs. Refer to the relevant section of the Profile button to see details. ?? API Keys. The remaining two options ''Referral'' and ''Settings'' are explained in the previous three articles. Please check the details while reading them.
