SOOOOO This video is LONNGGGGGGGGG OVERDUE, after getting back to semi normality and everyone exclaiming of my weight loss. It started to sink in that it was not a normal situation for other persons to lose weight in short period of time. Or during a general period when the rest of the world was gaining weight. #MondoShrug From early 2020 I was around 210- 215lbs , and got accustomed to the occasional smart comments "You getting fat eh", "you eating everything eh" , "Dadd Bod Mondo"(What's the worst comment you ever got?). Which lets be clear, the comments never bothered me because I'm already aware that as my weight fluctuates, I know how to lose it when I'm ready.

Starting out cycling I use to do 2-6 miles initially, and as time progressed I was able to achieve my first milestone of 20 miles after a few weeks of consistent riding.  My longest ride was 41 miles and that was a 5 hour ride with a few scenic stops. These types of stops are regular on my rides as to  achieve a sense of connection with nature and catch myself mentally and physically. I defiantly recommend taking snacks or money with you to stay energized as well.

Now in regard to other things I did beside cycling, included some light ab work every now and then and push ups as well. There were a few weeks were I got to go by my lb Lambo's place and use his gym set. As i stated in the video, it got to the point where I was able to pretty much cycle to any run I needed to do once I planned my route accordingly. From dashing to the store for a few items for the house, or going to meet up with friends at various locations. I even cycled from south to east to west on regular occasions looking to rack up some miles.

It honestly even got to the point where I would be riding distances on my bike and realize going from south to east (sac) is only about 6 miles give or take depending on location. But if I were driving and had to wait in traffic and on stop lights it always seems so much further. Anyways at this point I feel like I'm rambling now so; to sum it up:

  • Start small and just enjoy the experience of cycling.
  • Explore roads, paths you saw and never had time to take.
  • Pack snacks and water for the ride, and a battery pack.
  • Increase your riding time and distance as you go.
  • You can ride any distance, once you plan stops in between.
  • Stay safe and alert on the road.
  • Ride opposite to traffic(my own technique, see what works best for you)
  • STAY CONSISTENT
  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COMFORTABLE SEAT.
  • MAINTAIN YOUR BIKE
