In 2013, man called James H. through away hard disk containing 7500 of BTC.
Why he did it ? His girlfriend hate that in their house was still sound of notebook. In 2013 was possible mine BTC with CPU. So he turn it down.
He tried to find disk several times, but now when it has got value about 300 millions he offered to the city where is a landfill that if they find it, he give to the city 25% profit.
He need a permition and records and his team must make a bubble around the place where they will digging to prevent the escape of dangerous gases into the atmospehere.
It is pretty risky because if they do not find it, who will pay the cost of that (digging, storing and treating the waste)
