Cameron Winklevoss, the co-founder of crypto exchange Gemini, issued an open letter on Tuesday calling for the ouster of Digital Currency Group (DCG) CEO Barry Silbert a week after calling out Silbert over a business disagreement.

Winklevoss asked the DCG board to remove Silbert citing DCG's inability to find a fair resolution between the creditors of DCG's Genesis and its creditors.

DCG, which is also the parent company of CoinDesk, did not immediately respond to CoinDesk's request for comment.

Winklevoss and Silbert had traded blows last week over the ongoing dispute between crypto lender Genesis, which is facing a massive crisis due to the FTX implosion and the crypto crisis, and its creditors.
