The mystery of Satoshi and his 64 billion dollar stake up in a Florida court?
It sounds as if archaeologists have unearthed some unknown tomb enlightening the world with knowledge and treasures beyond our dreams. So, where did they find the forbidden or sacred tomb?
Well, they didn’t. In fact, there is little concrete evidence pointing to the truth other than claims of a deceased individual and family members trying to get access to the most significant inheritance in history. According to the Wall Street Journal, “The family of a deceased man, David Kleiman, is claiming their family member helped create the popular digital currency and is suing Kleiman’s alleged business partner in the endeavor, Craig Wright, for half of the $64 billion stake.”
Before his passing, Wright had admitted that he was responsible for the creation of Bitcoin. However, there is a problem, and he also denied creating it. There has been no concrete proof, yet, one way or another. To my surprise, there were many possibilities of who Satoshi was. There has been a few legal activities.
So, what kind of evidence would be proof? It could be proved in a whale sighting. The real Satoshi Nakamoto could have easily proved his identity by moving a fraction of the roughly over one million Bitcoin. The massive disturbance to the Bitcoin Force would create waves, and all would be able to identify the whale as belonging to the creator.
However, dead men tell no tales. Rest in peace David Kleinman whether you are the creator of Bitcoin or not.
