Dandelion Effect or what is the difference between FOMO and FUD? Answer: 30 minutes

Hello Guys

Maybe you are following a healthy principle: keep your portfolio in coins similar with their share market – I mean – BTC – 60%, ETH – 15% and 25% other coins. If you succeeded to do it – CONGRATULATIONS! Maybe it's time to mark a part of your profit, like friends of many already did today.

If you are from this category, probably you are looking at the rest of us like this:

If not, like many others (including me), you noticed today how easy a FOMO status could be transformed into FUD in a matter of minutes: BTC dumped from almost 34 k to 28 k (almost 20%). We are talking about the king of crypto, the most capitalized coin, with a share above 60% from the total market!

As I said, in several minutes, the FOMO current dumped into a FUD one, because the vast majority of Altcoins which pumped very impetuous followed quickly and even overran it.

If you are looking at the volumes, it weren't high at all, but enough for creating such a mess.

This is crypto world in these times – don't stay confident everything is like what you see now: it could be changing in minutes and everything could go UP or … worse – DOWN.

What should I do: make some targets, watch the trends – if the price is going up , but with low volumes, an immediate DUMP is possible, so, take care.

Study a little what BULISH/BEARISH DIVERGENCE means, draw some Support and Resistance lines and watch them. Sell / buy in steps, to avoid a total loss and gain maibe less then nothing.

That's all now. The theory is not complicated, but the practice is making it.

I'm on the same side, guys. Just...keep your calm and make your plans before action and stick with them.

Cheers!
