Good day
I am currently in pursuit of a B.S. in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. I have about a year left and will pursue a microbiology position while deciding what I truly want to continue schooling with. I originally intended to take 2 years of very specific courses to be admitted to pharmacy school; However, a diversion occurred when I took a microbiology course and was completely fascinated. It helped that the instructor had a Ph.D in Neuroscience, which I was already infatuated with and so we had some great conversations about both subjects.
I have been an employee of Pyrotect Safety since 2009, I was the head of sales and managed all online markets as well as designed new products, maintained the website, created new client relationships, photographed and fully edited or designed new products, and managed the sponsorship program. In 2009 I was also employed at GNC at one of the busiest locations on the U.S. west coast and was one of the top associates on a regular basis while working upwards of 90hrs/week between the two jobs. I am currently still employed with Pyrotect as a travelling sales representative, sponsorship manager (for teams I have worked with for a long time), mechanic, and driver.
I grew up playing travelling competitive soccer and hockey, I stopped soccer a bit before highschool and continued on with hockey in which we competed in many international (canada) tournaments as a top ranked team and placed 4th in Jr. Olympics the one year we went. If they had hockey here I have no doubts that I would be playing in whatever kind of league they had!! As stated a little earlier I am part of a racing team, we have a 1997 Nissan Maxima that we currently race and a 1999 Nissan 240SX that we are building to hopefully race with next season (Maxima is dying). We have been racing in the Lucky Dog Racing League for about 5 years now, with the same car, and have done unexpectedly well while continually getting faster. Our races range anywhere from a minimum of 4 hours in a day and 13 hours a weekend up to 24 hours straight. With an old Maxima that has virtually no performance parts available, it is definitely difficult to keep it together for 24 hours straight. I also still really enjoy researching new pharmaceuticals and compounds derived from herbal extracts that have the potential to treat things that are currently not well understood.
Crypto-Hobbies: I felt like this needed a title.
I learned about bitcoin pretty early on and it was not much at the time so I never really paid a whole lot of attention to it. Fast forward to April 2020, not sure what brought me back in but I started finding ways to earn bitcoin and soon other cryptos through various services before I began trading and started truly investigating projects. I was hospitalized for a week and practically bed ridden for a month mid-end may and that’s when I really dove in and began to research everything related to crypto. I have not really gone into the depth that I would like to for certain things at the moment but the incredibly fast paced changes makes it a little difficult. I have a focus on creating long term financial benefits while improving the crypto community and projects that I can.
