FreeBitco.in Bitcoin faucet has been giving out up to $200 in Free Bitcoins every hour since 2013 and has over 37 Million users playing to try their luck.

FreeBitco.in has raised and donated 2.80 BTC to Direct Relief, an organization that is “working in overdrive to get protective gear and critical care medications to as many health workers as possible, as quickly as possible.”

On March 31, FreeBitco.in launched the Coronavirus Relief Fund on its website.

The campaign’s objective was to raise awareness about the plight of COVID-19 health workers and to support them as much as possible. This campaign was the first of its kind in the crypto-community.

FreeBitco.in is, by all accounts, the biggest crypto gaming website in the world, with 37 million users and counting.

“The crypto-community has been with us since 2013, helping FreeBitco.in become what it is today,” said ‘wetsuit,’ owner and founder of FreeBitco.in. “Seeing the extremely noble efforts of COVID-19 health workers everywhere, we wanted to do our part by rallying our community to support them as much as we could.”

Through 12 fundraising rounds (the last one took place on 22nd May), the website raised and donated 2.80 BTC to Direct Relief. However, that wasn’t the extent of it.

FreeBitco.in’s campaign contributed over 417 Million Impressions towards the cause, bringing massive attention to Direct Relief’s extensive efforts. At one point, FreeBitco.in contributed almost 6% of the total external traffic visiting the organization’s website, directrelief.org.

Since March, Direct Relief’s website traffic has surged by almost 98% while their brand name has seen a 58% boost in popularity. There has also been a 252% growth in donor traffic to the website (visits from PayPal).
